马尔默最大的地产公司通过新更换的索恩照明Plurio LED产品将能耗降低了多达70%。

MKB是马尔默最大的地产公司,在整个瑞典拥有22,539套公寓楼和1,100处商业地产。关注环保是该公司管理计划中必不可少的一部分,他们也一直努力在不影响居民舒适度的前提下降低电力、热能和水资源的总体消耗。因此便有了把乳白玻璃球形水银灯转向Plurio LED灯具的计划。

根据欧盟的生态设计指引,水银灯源在2015年之后将逐步淘汰。因此,MKB选择用具备双功率调光功能的Plurio LED (40W)柱顶灯替代目前安装的80W水银灯。Plurio LED照明设备随附了4米电缆,有助于替换已经存在的电线杆。

节能高达70%

此次安装每年可以节省大约6250欧元、16kWh并实现相当于每年减排650kg二氧化碳的环保功效。结合八小时节能效率为50%的双功率夜间调光开关,总的节能效率可以高达70%。这些节能效果非常显著,但除此之外也并非没有其他好处。如今灯光质量也有很大提升,光线干净皎洁,显色性也非常不错。

短短4年即可实现投资回报

考虑到水银灯需要定期维护并不时地换灯泡,新灯具的寿命周期成本也有显著降低。从安装成本、资产购买价格和所需维护来看,我们可以清楚地看到淘汰水银灯的好处,而且只需4年即可实现投资回报(图1)。*

增强居民安全

Plurio LED可采用对称或非对称配光。非对称型号安装在建筑物附近时有助于减少眩光。但是,MKB选择了配光均匀的对称型号,同时照亮人行道和附近地面,从而有助提高安全系数。

当地居民如今很喜欢这种新的照明。MKB采购员Michael Siecke和管理员Tord Brink对两种灯具都很满意,并期待节能效果的实现。由于LED的使用寿命更长,他们也希望借此减少运营和维护成本。

*此案例分析假定需要某种形式的维护,并且元件故障的发生频率以行业平均时间计算。每次维护一盏灯需要两个人,同时还需要一辆车用来检视所有灯具。Plurio灯具安装时的单位成本为每盏灯500欧元左右,假设更换时的成本与灯达到70%流明输出时的成本相同。实际上,到需要更换时,这些LED灯的成本也早已降低,所以寿命周期成本很可能会比显示的Plurio成本更有优势。
