Qba蓝光照亮金奈地标
Thorn索恩照明采用Qba系列建筑照明设备中的泛光灯,为印度金奈的Napier大桥提供照明。
该桥原建于1869年,如今为混凝土材质,6道长拱总跨度达149米。除了作为通往著名Marina海滩的通道,该桥如今还是一道靓丽的夜间风景线,为城市夜景的开发助力。
该项目作为金奈公司(The Corporation of Chennai)照明战略的一部分,由总部位于悉尼的Lighting Design Partnership (LDP)与GA Architects联合设计。
300盏紧凑型Qba泛光灯安装在结构底层,用于突显该桥的舞台效果。这需要保护完备、IP66级别的光学控制外壳,这些特征都是本系列产品的标准要求。该泛光灯还带有多种滤色片和可用于精确灯光控制的附件,提高照明效果并在必要时避免出现干扰光。
“这项设计的主要特点包括在桥下打造流动式墨兰幻觉照明,并使用低功率灯具减少眩光,”LDP执行董事Dhruvajyoti Ghose说道。灯光亮起时,这座横跨古沃姆河的桥在水中的倒影呈现三维效果,提升了整体立体感和视觉震撼力。
为了通过独立的照明设备辅助低拱照明并维护白天的景观,该项目用独特的低矮型Orus灯取代了桥上的传统路灯,这在印度尚属首次应用。
在桥两侧的自行车道旁,还专为行人设置了“Roller”壁灯作照明之用。
